DESCRIPTION

This panel, presented by Ana Avedaño (Principal, Minga Strategies and Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Texas at Austin & City University of New York (CUNY)) and Elena Acevedo (Ethics & Investigations team at Intuit), explores restorative approaches to sexual harassment and accountability. Panelists discuss why we should consider restorative approaches. In addition, the program provides practical examples and issues.
