DESCRIPTION

Denise Oldham introduces speakers Kel O’Hara (they/them), Equal Rights Advocates, Shiwali Patel (she/her), National Women’s Law Center, Shaun Travers (he/him), University of California, San Diego. The program revolves around supporting LGBTQIA+ students while living in a cisgender paradigm. The panel explores the impacts of the expanded protections for LGBTQI+ students in the proposed Title IX rule revisions.
